Why did we pick it?

I picked it as I think it really links to the topic of struggles with mental health and how we shouldn't just give up and that there are solutions and we should hold on. If your ever feeling alone, just know your no as millions of people in the world are suffering too and no matter how long that tunnel feels its going on for, there is always light at the end of it.
